York Barbell, the original name in cast-iron bodybuilding equipment, wanted to update their web presence to be more modern and reflective of their brand. We wanted to focus on imagery of the product, which encapsulated much of the feeling of strength and ruggedness that the brand inherently conjures up. A bold, large-scale condensed typeface and sharp, slab-like graphic and interface components symbolize stacks of weights and rows or barbells and dumbbells in a gym. Product is king on this site and the ui makes it easy to browse and find exactly what you’re looking for.
